  • Current income and annual NOI over $200K per year at closing
  • Nationwide in primary or secondary MSA's

Development Opportunities

  • Fully entitled projects with $1.5M - $10M equity contribution
  • Minimum 30% of purchase price, including capital from developer
  • 10% developer capital and experienced local sponsorship

Real Estate Technology

  • Systems, services or products to improve efficiency in the real estate industry
  • U.S. owned & managed pre-market, trademarked or patent-pending
  • $250K - $2M in initial capital with 5% contributed by the owner
